Feedback Form

The following form is intended to be a guide to help make events better. Comments are appreciated. Whether the comments are positive or negative, please remember to keep them of a non-personal, professional nature. Remember that we are all members of a society which values courtesy and chivalry above all.

All forms are anonymous and will be sent to the Baronial Seneschal. The comments will be compiled into one report and sent to the seneschal of the canton responsible for the event. For baronial level events they will go to their Excellencies and Curia.

If this form is used for abuse in any way it will be removed from use.

Regarding the activities that took place throughout the event, did they happen? Were they in a timely fashion? Was it what was advertised? Other comments regarding activities?

Gate Fees:

Do you feel the event was worth your money or do you feel you were overcharged? Other comments regarding event fees?

Sideboard:

If there was a sideboard, was it presented in a timely fashion? Was there enough to eat? Was there a good variety? Other comments regarding sideboard?

Feast:

If there was a feast, was there enough to eat? Was there enough variety? Were there too many exotic foods that were not pallitable? Did you get served everything that the next table got served? Was it hot or cold? Other comments regarding the feast?
