This spoon is based off the spoon 68/123/1 from Pewter Spoons and other related material of the 14th ~ 17th centuries by Muldoon & Brownsword.
Gilbert used the image of a female mould fragment from that source, and an image of a male mould fragment in English Medieval Industries Edited by Blair and Ramsay to make his mould. This is his second casting project and first attempt at polishing.
