No report filed at time of meeting. Report was provided June 14th and was presented as follows:

  • As of this quarter, fighter cards are being sent to those who are going through the Baronial MOL with out difficulty. We have had a few newly authorized fighters (both rattan and fencing). Several people are coming due to reauthorize soon, a list will be posted to the Baronial List soon to remind those who need to take care of this.
  • I have begun teaching a new method of running a tournament list to anyone who is interested. It is an easier to set up, less likely to have conflicts system.
  • I have taken two deputies for the MOL office, Lord Nic of Lost Haven and Lord Dalewyn of Anglesey. Both have been taught the new system for running the lists and are comfortable with it.
  • There have been no new problems in the MOL this year and the couple of old difficulties are getting resolved.

  • Hoping to provide to the Quid Nunc some input on optimizing photos for the web and etiquette on sending them for posting to the website.
  • Need new content for the join the fun section of the website. This section is lacking and could be used as a significant tool for recruiting members.
  • Would like to create an online newsletter/reminder or announcements feature. Not intended to replace the quid nunc but to improve sales of the quid nunc and traffic on the website. Sent out once a month. Examples are below;
    1. This month in Ruantallan.
    2. War Camp july 2-4 in distant shore
    3. Featured artisan - Lady Magdelana del Acqs
    4. Quid Nunc - don't forget to sign up for your subscription! Only XX.XX for a 2 year subscription
    5. This month in the Quid Nunc read about [insert article name here]
    6. Athena's thimble - [add details]
    7. Badge and Award design - now posted on the web - make your decision on our next populace badge!
  • We should try to encourage web traffic as much as possible. Currently we have an average of 53 visits a day with the most popular pages being photos, events and the featured artisan (in that order). For comparison purposes, the webminister is very pleased with these web stats and feels the site is getting a good amount of web traffic - but more is always encouraged.
