Chatelaine - Tina Oliver
- There will be a family days demo in June at the Military Dockyard.
- We continue to have new people showing up to Thursday night fight practices.
Chronicler - Paul McCullough
- There are 7 free copies of the Quid Nunc sent out every two months.
- Circulation is at 35 copies bi-monthly.
- The updated constitution has been sent out and they have yellow covers. The blue covers are now out of date.
- We need to encourage new Quid Nunc Subscriptions
Exchequer
Coronet - James Crook
- Working on Seargants and Yeoman stuff
- Iceburg badges will soon be on the website for the populace to submit their thoughts.
- Coronets should be ready for the Crown Tourney.

Company Captain of Archers - Vivian Fox
- East Hants will be putting in an archery range. (Lavina) There will be insurance at the range and there will be club memberships available.
Minister of Lists - Mike Burnett
- Awaiting to hear back about reports from kingdom.
- Updating the warranted marshal fighter list.
- New deputies include Nick of Lost Haven and Dalewyn Anglesey
Webmaster - Susan Richter (presented in absentia by Wendy Cotton)
- Has updated the website with the new Artisan of the month.
- Website is the report.
A&S - Kelly Grant (presented in absentia by Wendy Cotton
- Seashire and Distant Shore are holding regular A&S Meetings
- Wants to see a schola rotation for the cantons
- The featured artisan on the website is being well received. We are onto the 3rd artisan starting this month.
- There will be an A&S display at Crown Tourney. Requesting to purchase fabric for tablecloths. The budget for this is $120.00 (to be mentioned in new business.)
Herald - Joan Chiasson
- Pupurchased a felt board for displaying would be heraldry
including componets of devices that can be moved around. To encourage
people to create colourful arms for themselves.
Canton Reports
Distant Shores - Sarah Paterson
- Fighter Practices on Tuesdays, 2 new fighters and a new archer
- No Canton level events in four years. Planning a canton level event in September 2004 and April 2005 (to be a dance schola or gaming event).
- A check from the canton has not been cashed by the barony. Check is in the amount of 400.00
Seashire

Wolfsgate - Colin MacKenzie
- 9 members and 1 non member
- Growing.
- Resolving their exchequer problem soon
- Early music workshop on May 15 in Annapolis Royal
Ynys y Gwaed

Old Business
- 1. Crown Tourney report
- Received a donation from the Seashire curia of $200.00
- Will need to rent tables for the feast hall and merchants. Total estimated $600.00
- Will need to purchase wood for new list poles. Sir Emrys estimates $150.00-$200.00 for supplies. Baron Seumas has paracord to donate to the project.
- Still well into the black for the event as the estimated attendance was 150 persons and we are now at approx 260 persons.
New Business
- Election of Officers
- Cat of Airley (San Brenciaglia) voted in as the new Exchequer.
- Knight Marshall has not reported for 3 consecutive curia meetings. Seneschal will notify Drogo that he will be replaced
- Heraldry
- Needs a check for the heraldry books.
- Events
- Event bid for Baronial War Camp from Distant Shore. To be held on the Foxworthy lands the weekend of July 2-4. Fees are based on 50 people. Weekend fee is 14.00 on board and 8.00 off board. Family rates and day rates will be available. There are a list of activities for the weekend including the Baronial Archery Championship.
- Event bid for the Baronial Investiture to be held in Wolfsgate (Annapolis Royal) on October 2nd. The fees for this are 13.00 on board and 7.00 off board. Children rates and family rates are available. List of activities planned including the Baronial Rattan Championship.
- Letter form the NS Regional Seneschal
- Clarification on the NMS fee structure. When it is applied in regards to gate fees.
- Waivers
- Change to the family waivers . Multiple children from the same family may now be included on the same form.
- The new rules about waivers will be in the pikestaff.
- A&S Tablecloths
- Need $120.00 for new tablecloths to be made out of White and Blue cotton broadcloth. These will not be used as regular tablecloths so they may be kept blemish free. Motion to allow the A&S minister to purchase fabric to make new tablecloths for an estimated $120.00 made by Cristiana and seconded by Nick (standing in for the MOL).
- New armorial online.
- Wynfrithe is creating a new armorial to be hosted on the Distant Shore website. A link will be created form the Baronial webpage to this site. The armorial will host all passed heraldry from the barony.
