- An email missive was sent early in the summer to all listed webministers and seneschals for the cantons of the Barony. At that time I advised that the current site webmasters listed for those cantons, with the exception of Distant Shore, were shamefully out of date, and that if the sites were not updated by September 1st they would be removed from the ruantallan.org site as well as recommendation made to eastkingdom.org to have those sites removed. It was agreed that having outdated sites was potentially detrimental to people looking for information on the society and it was agreed that those sites should be removed.

- 12th Night Bid
- There was a hold on the approval of this bid from the June meeting due to concerns regarding the fee allotted to the sideboard.
- An option regarding the sideboard was suggested to have it as an optional item for attendees, thus reducing the onboard price by $1.00 and requiring attendees to pay their $1.00 at the door should they wish to eat sideboard
- The bid was approved unanimously based on this optional sideboard proviso
- Photocopier proposal
- Joan had discussed at the June meeting proposing the purchase of a photocopier, printer and/or scanner. After extensive research a full price breakdown was provided.
- A vote to approve a $400.00 limit for the purchase of a printer and scanner for Baronial use only was approved and unanimously agreed upon
- Insurance
- Wendy was tasked with confirming why "equestrian" was checked off on the insurance policy we received from SCA Inc. It was confirmed that this was in error, as we would still require a separate insurance carrier to cover equestrian activities should we wish to partake, and therefore, equestrian activities are not currently covered at any official events.
- Our insurance policy has a $500.00 deductable per claim
- Registration no-shows
- Susan will be working on a form to record registrants who register for events and then don't show up and do not notify the autocrat, cancel, or pay their fee. The form will be made available on the curia list and be provided to autocrats in the Barony of Ruantallan who are autocratting events. Autocrats are encouraged to submit a form for every event they autocrat of no-shows
- A notice of this will be sent to the Quid Nunc
- A notice of this will also be added as a news item on the ruantallan.org website
- Badges
