    Standard Operating Procedures
The Standard Operating Procedures (OPs) was officially adopted at a meeting of Parliament on May 27, 2001 (A.S.XXXVI). The OPs are similar to a set of By-Laws that cover a) the operational aspects of the Baronial Curia including general responsibilities, meetings, expenditures and the election of officers, and b) details on the holding of events including event bids, finances, looking after children and pets, and general conduct. In addition, the OPs also include the election procedure for the election of a new Coronet and the Baronial Seneschal, a provision for absentee ballots, and a consent form for minors who attend events without a parent or guardian.
